expect a mask region in test dataset

HI,

when we summit our method, the test dataset is the same as the trainning? I mean, can we expect a mask for different region or we have to evaluate the method on whole brain without any mask?

Or is there any recommendation to do the tissue segmentation? Freesurfer may(?) help to do that, but in the freesurfer website it is said that it would take 11+ hour to finish the tissue segmentation. It might be better if the challenge can provide the mask for whole specific region.

Your method should predict for the whole brain, so without any mask.
