Rules and Submission page access not granted

Dear organizers, After joining the competition ,when we tried to access the rules and submission pages to know further about the challenge rules and submission procedure , we got an error message saying " You do not have permission to access this content." We would really appreciate any help on this regard.

These pages are only available to the admins at the moment, but will be made available later today.
