That is the correct address. If you have not received a reply, or the verification link, it means that our emails are being blocked by your email provider. If we cannot email you, we cannot verify your account. Please contact your email administrator.

But i can receive notification, password reset and so on mails from support, but no verification email

You cannot receive our support emails either. So, you need to contact your email administrator.
