Submission guidelines needs to be more specific

Submission guidelines needs to be more specific

In the development stage, participants can upload outputs to the website, while in the testing stage a docker file must be submitted. It is unclear in what format should the output be written to. Organizers need to prepare more specific guidelines for this. Probably docker must be prepared so that it'd read testing images from a folder (what is the name of the folder?) and the predictions must be saved in a csv, txt, json, etc.?

Hi Tomas,

I am updating the submission guidelines, and the evaluation and algorithm dockers will be uploaded.
For the development stage, the output files should be in the same format as training data labels, which should be *.mha files.
When submitting them to the webpage, please zip them and submit the zipped file.

Thanks, Rina
