Extended the first phase to the 17th.

Due to the many requests received for additional time, and considering the many circumstances that do affect participants from different regions, we have extended the first phase of the validation period to the 17th. Please note that the rest of the schdule (docker, paper sumbisiion) will remain unchanged

Hello, the submission system is down. But in my time zone, July 17 has only just started. I would like to know how I can submit my results today. Thanks!
