Is the validation and test data already cropped?

The example.mha seems to be already cropped to non_zero. So I am wondering whether the validation and test data inputs are also all cropped?

Hi, Yes, we want to use the raw images for validation and testing, but the GPU memory of the evaluation platform is not enough for inference (GPU memory upper bound is 14G, we test the nnUNetV2). So we cropped the raw image based on the bounding box of the human body (the body mask is annotated by an oncology doctor, MD Wenjun Liao) to preserve all organ-at-risk and gross-tumour-volume. After the challenge, we will release all raw images and corresponding labels. Best, Xiangde Luo.
