I try to train a model, but can't get a ideal result, may I only submit a poor container and a simple paper ?

  1. All registered teams should submit a method paper.
  2. Please try the suggested methods, you can easily beat the baseline ( stardist, cellpose, omnipose, deepcell)

  1. It's useless to submit a poor container and a simple paper

But I found when I training the baseline model, the loss will be nan in a certain epochs, I try to decrease the learning rate, but even if the learning rate is 0, loss will still be nan after a certain epochs. How should I solve this problem ? I just want get a baseline model to complete this compitition, the method paper will be simple.

We never had this issue. Submitting the official baseline is meaningless. We would recommend trying the above mentioned methods.
