Hi, the evaluation system stuck. I don't know why it submits a result twice and stuck the system. For now, all the uploaded results remains "preparing" and also cost our submission chances. How can I deal with this?

Thanks for your feedback very much. Unfortunately, the evaluation platform is maintained by grand-challenge and we cannot access the background information to find the reason.
To compensate this issue, we will give a two-day extension. New deadline is 23:59 2 Nov (EST Time).
