Hello, Competition rule says: 3. Registered participants who do not make successful submissions will be listed on the competition website as registered but not completed, and forbidden to join future competitions.

"successful submissions" means the successful submissions on the leaderboard right? Or I need to beat F1 0.54 baseline and send a docker? I am quite worry about it because my model is worse than the baseline I cannot make the docker submission yet.

The following open-sourced methods can easily beat the baseline! Cellpose: https://github.com/MouseLand/cellpose Mesmer: https://github.com/vanvalenlab/deepcell-tf Stardist: https://github.com/stardist/stardist This nuclear segmentation summary paper is also very useful. https://www.kaggle.com/competitions/data-science-bowl-2018/discussion/117489

So "successful submissions" means successfully send a docker +video?

yes.

This challenge is only open to participants who are familar with the docker.

This is why we have this item during registration

We have docker expertise and can pack my algorithms as a docker container.
