How many modalities are there in images？

Dear organizers, Are the modalities in the test set definitely included in the training set's modalities？

There are totally four modalies, including brightfiled images, fluorescent, phase-contrast and DIC.

The testing set also contains the four modalities.

Are the modalities in the test set definitely included in the training set's modalities？

Yes, but the test set will have some unseen images during training, such as the same modlity but different tissues.
