How should we include new team member?

Our team got a new member. Does he need to register and join this challenge in the Grand Challenge website. In addition, since we didn't include his name while filling out the online registration form, do we need to update the team info. If so how should we do? Thanks!

Basically, each team shold include all the team members during the first registration. So, "One team only needs to complete one form".
