Methodology paper in official validation submission

From the Homepage:

*We offer three official submission opportunities on the validation set. To avoid submission jams, the three opportunities are assigned in three months (See Important Dates). To make official submissions, please send us (NeurIPS.CellSeg@gmail.com) a download link to your Docker container (teamname.tar.gz), a methodology paper (following the template), and a sanity test video (3-10 mins, demo). The sanity test video is used to check whether your docker can be executed by the following command. Thus, you just need to run your Docker container to infer the validation images and record this process for 5-10 mins. *

From my understanding, in official validation submission we do not need to submit the methodology paper right (only need the docker container and sanity test video) ? Also, where can we find the template for the methodology paper ?

1. Yes, during validation submission, you onld need to submit docker and the video.
