Validation Submission

Dear Organizing Committee,

Are we allowed to submit the model for validation during any time between the publish of the tuning set and October 15th; or we must submit it just before August 15th, September 15th and October 15th? Also, are we allowed to submit the model for validation for multiple times?

If you want to obtain the running time score, you should sumit the doker before the predefind time points.

Each team has three docker submission opportunities during validation/tuning phase.
