validation submission

1. All participants must submit a complete solution to this competition during the validation and testing phase. A complete solution includes a Docker container (tar file) and a qualified methodology paper (8-12 pages, NeurIPS format).

Dear organizers: I read the above rule and would like to confirm that if we should submit validation solution in all 3 validation stages? or just one of them is okay? Moreover, as the challenge information says, only top-10 teams will be inivited to co-author the challenge report, are other teams (non-top10) also required to submit a methodology paper in the final testing phase? If so, in what form will the papers be published? Thanks~

1. Just one of them is OK.

2. All participants should submit a methodology paper during testing phase, and all of them have an opportunity to publish the method paper on PMLR (depands on the paper quality and review score).

Note: The rank will be announced during NeurIPS. During testing submission, participants do not know their rank.
